《利用規約》

本利用規約は、株式会社フジテレビジョン（以下「当社」といいます。）が、「逃走中リミナルワールド -VR空間で逃げ切れ-」の名称で提供するVR体験アトラクション等のサービス（以下「本サービス」といいます。）の利用に関して利用者に適用される条件を定めるものです。

ご利用制限について

■以下に該当する方はご利用いただけません

7歳未満の方
身長が110cm以下の方
妊娠中の方、心臓の弱い方、血圧に異常のある方
重い病気にかかっている方、ペースメーカーなどの医療機器を装着している方
部位に関わらず骨折されている方
車イスをご利用の方
自力歩行が出来ない方（自力歩行とは、杖や付き添い者のサポートなく、お一人での歩行が可能なこと）
首、背中、腰、脊椎に異常のある方
視覚に障害をお持ちの方
聴覚に障害をお持ちの方
乗り物に酔いやすい方
飲酒された方、酒気を帯びている方、泥酔されている方
体調がすぐれない方
ご利用により悪化する恐れのある症状をお持ちの方（めまい、閉所恐怖症、呼吸器系疾患、けいれん発作、騒音過敏症、暗所恐怖症、肌の弱い方、光過敏症発作）
精神障害をお持ちの方（本人またはお連れの方の申告によって認定します。係員の指示を理解し、従っていただける方で、健常者の付き添いがある場合は体験可能です）
その他、体験する上での安全確保が難しい方

■13歳未満のお子様のご利用に関して

7歳未満のお子様はご利用できません。また体験エリア内へ入場いただくこともできません
VRコンテンツの内容について、保護者がふさわしくないと判断されるものはご利用させないでください
内容の特性上、13歳未満の方のみでの体験はできません。1グループにつき、1名必ず18歳以上の保護者の方の付き添いが必要です
斜視や複視、その他、視力の異常や眼科的疾患のあるお子様や、眼科に通われているお子様は、専門医に相談の上、ご利用ください
ご利用後にお子様の視力について異常が見られた場合、早急に専門医を受診してください

確認事項・安全に関する注意

本体験のご利用時にはお客様にVRゴーグルを着用していただきます。ゴーグル着用時は普段と異なり視界が狭く、感覚も異なります。壁や他のお客様と衝突しやすく、また、転倒すると大きな怪我につながる危険もあります。お客様の事故や怪我の防止のために、下記の項目にご注意いただき、安全にご利用ください。

このコンテンツはTV番組の逃走中とは異なります。体験中に走る、急な方向転換をするなどの激しい動きは想定されていません。これから説明するルールを守り、安全にお楽しみください。

視界が狭くなるため、周囲にご注意いただき、安全に慎重に行動してください
走る、飛び跳ねる、急な方向転換等の激しい動きや、後ずさり、座り込み、寝転がり等の危険行為はおやめください
お客様同士はアバターで表示されます。透けている場合もそこに別のお客様がいますので、ぶつからないようにご注意ください
赤または青の格子線が表示された場合、実際の壁や柱がありますので近づかないでください
VR上で床がないように見える場所への進入や、段差・隙間を飛び越える行為はしないでください
他のお客様を押したり、同行者の手や身体を引っ張ったりしないでください
身体に異常を感じた場合、または映像や機材に異常を感じた場合は、直ちにゴーグルを外し、スタッフまでお知らせください
スタッフの案内・安全指示に従っていただけない場合、体験を中断・終了することがあります。また、安全確保のため、お客様や機器に触れる場合があります
ご利用中に怪我、事故、私物の破損・盗難等が生じた場合も、主催者が責任を負う範囲は利用規約に従って限定されますので、ご了承ください。特に、お客様が上記の注意事項に違反して発生した怪我、事故について、主催者は責任を負いかねます

ご利用に関するご案内

■持ち物について

以下の手荷物は持ち込みができません。スタンバイルームのロッカーをご利用ください。

バッグやリュックサック
スマートウォッチや携帯電話、ポケットWi-Fi、パソコン、カメラ、ビデオカメラなどの電子機器（専用機器の誤動作につながるため、体験には電源オフの状態でも持ち込めません）
その他、ポケットにしまうことのできない手荷物

■チケットについて

チケット1枚につき、1名様1回限り有効です
チケット購入後はお客様都合による取消、変更、払戻は出来かねますので、あらかじめご了承ください
チケットの破損・紛失・当日のチケット忘れ等、いかなる理由でもチケットの再発行は出来かねますので、あらかじめご了承ください
天災や機器トラブルにより、営業の変更、中止をする場合がございます
混雑状況によりご入場をお待ちいただく場合がございます
チケットの指定日時以外は無効となります
営利目的でのチケットの転売、SNSやオークションなどへの出品は固く禁止いたします
不正な譲渡・転売チケットによる入場が発覚した場合は、ご入場をお断りさせていただきます
年齢指定のあるチケットを利用する場合は、年齢を確認できる公的確認書類を受付スタッフへ提示ください。年齢が確認できない場合は、年齢指定のチケットがご利用いただけません

■服装、靴、髪型について

安全のため動きやすい服装・お履物でご利用ください
以下の服装や靴、髪型では、本展示はご利用できません
- サンダルやミュールなど、つま先やかかとが露出した靴
- 5cm以上のヒール、または体験に支障をきたすような靴
- ゴーグルの装着時に支障をきたすような装飾品や身につけているもの、落下や巻き込みのおそれがあるもの
- その他、体験する上での安全確保が難しいと判断されるもの
ポニーテールやおだんごヘアなど、ヘアスタイルによってはゴーグルが装着できない場合は、髪をほどくか、低い位置で束ねることをお勧めします
眼鏡を着用したままでのご利用も可能ですが、フレームの形状やサイズによってはゴーグルを正しく装着できない場合がございます。また、無理に装着しようとすると眼鏡が破損することがございます
コンタクトレンズでのご利用をお勧めしております
遠近両用メガネ（遠近両用コンタクトレンズ含む）では、快適にご視聴いただけない場合がございます
手が袖に隠れていると正常にご体験いただけないことがございますので、袖丈の長い方はめくった状態でご体験ください
イヤリング・ピアス等アクセサリーはお外しになってください

■機器の取り扱いについて

VR機器はほかのお客様も利用しますので、丁寧にお取り扱いください。お客様の故意または過失によりVR機器を損傷・故障させた場合、修理金額をご負担いただくことがございます

■個人情報の取り扱いについて

当社は取得するお客様の個人情報を、当社の定めるプライバシーポリシーに則って管理します
VRコンテンツの体験にあたり顔写真の撮影をさせて頂く場合があります
VRコンテンツ内では写真撮影が可能になっている場合があります。その際、他のお客様の撮影する写真にお客様が映り込む場合があります
お客様が撮影された写真や動画は、他のお客様のご迷惑とならない範囲で、かつ私的利用の目的にのみご使用になれます（SNSへの投稿等の際もご注意ください）
各施設やVRコンテンツ等を撮影する場合があります。その際、お客様が撮影の対象になる場合があります。また、撮影物は、報道、広告宣伝、プロモーション、販売商品等に使用される場合があります

免責事項

本サービスの利用者が当社の責めに帰すべき事由により損害を被った場合、当社は、特別損害及び逸失利益を除いた範囲で、その損害を賠償する責任を負うものとします
上記の責任が、利用者の生命・身体の損害に関わるものである場合、当社による賠償は、当社が加入する損害賠償責任保険の範囲内で行うものとします
本免責事項は、当社に故意又は重過失がある場合には、適用されないものとします

プライバシーポリシー

当社は、ユーザーの個人情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下、「本ポリシー」といいます。）を定めます。

１．個人情報の定義

「個人情報」とは、個人情報保護法にいう「個人情報」を指すものとし、生存する個人に関する情報であって、当該情報に含まれる氏名、生年月日、住所、電話番号、連絡先その他の記述等により特定の個人を識別できる情報及び容貌、指紋、声紋にかかるデータ、及び健康保険証の保険者番号などの当該情報単体から特定の個人を識別できる情報（個人識別情報）を指します。

２．個人情報の収集方法

当社は、ユーザーが利用登録をする際に氏名、生年月日、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、クレジットカード番号、運転免許証番号などの個人情報をお尋ねすることがあります。また、ユーザーと提携先などとの間でなされたユーザーの個人情報を含む取引記録や決済に関する情報を、当社の提携先（情報提供元、広告主、広告配信先などを含みます。以下、「提携先」といいます。）などから収集することがあります。

３．個人情報を収集・利用する目的

当社が個人情報を収集・利用する目的は、以下のとおりです。

当社サービスの提供・運営のため
ユーザーからのお問い合わせに回答するため（本人確認を行うことを含む）
利用規約に違反したユーザーや、不正・不当な目的でサービスを利用しようとするユーザーの特定をし、ご利用をお断りするため
ユーザーにご自身の登録情報の閲覧や変更、削除、ご利用状況の閲覧を行っていただくため
各種サービスのご案内やお知らせをする等、マーケティング（SNSへのイベント写真等の投稿を含む）で利用するため
上記の利用目的に付随する目的

４．法令、国が定める指針、その他の規範の遵守

当社は、個人情報の保護に関する法律、また各分野におけるガイドライン、その他の関係法令等を遵守するとともに、一般に公正妥当と認められる個人情報の取扱に関する慣行に準拠し、適切に取扱います。

５．個人情報保護のための安全管理策

当社では、個人情報への不正アクセス、個人情報の漏洩、破壊、滅失、毀損等を防止するための適切なセキュリティー対策を実施しております。また、これらを徹底するため、個人情報の取扱に関する規定を明確にし、従業員等への教育・監督をおこなっています。

《 Terms of Service 》

These Terms of Service set out the conditions applicable to users with respect to the use of VR experience attraction and related services (the "Service") provided under the name "Run for Money: Liminal World – Escape the VR Space –" by Fuji Television Network, Inc. (the "Company").

Usage Restrictions

You may NOT use this attraction if any of the following applies to you:

Under 7 years old
Height 110 cm or under
Pregnant, or with heart conditions or abnormal blood pressure
Suffering from a serious illness, or using medical devices such as a pacemaker
Have a bone fracture in any part of the body
Using a wheelchair
Unable to walk unassisted ("Unassisted" means walking independently, without a cane or the support of an accompanying person)
Have abnormalities in the neck, back, lower back, or spine
Have a visual impairment
Have a hearing impairment
Prone to motion sickness
Have consumed alcohol, are under the influence of alcohol, or are intoxicated
Feeling unwell
Have any condition that may worsen due to use (e.g., dizziness, claustrophobia, respiratory conditions, seizures, noise sensitivity, fear of dark places, sensitive skin, photosensitive seizures)
Have a mental disorder (determined based on the declaration of the guest or accompanying person. If the guest is able to understand and follow staff instructions and is accompanied by a non-disabled companion, participation may be permitted.)
Any other person for whom safety during the experience cannot be ensured

Regarding Guests Under 13 Years of Age

Children under 7 may not participate and may not enter the experience area.
If guardians deem the VR content inappropriate for their child, please do not allow participation.
Due to the nature of the content, guests under 13 may not participate without an adult. At least one guardian aged 18 or over must accompany each group.
If your child has strabismus, double vision, other vision abnormalities, or any ophthalmologic condition, or is currently receiving eye care, please consult a specialist before participating.
If your child experiences any changes or abnormalities in vision after the experience, please seek medical attention immediately.

Important Notice & Safety Precautions

During the experience, guests will be required to wear a VR headset. When wearing the headset, your field of vision is more limited than usual and your sense of surroundings will differ from normal. There is an increased risk of colliding with walls or other guests, and falling while wearing the headset can result in serious injury. Please read the following carefully and enjoy the experience safely.

This experience is different from the TV program. Running, sudden changes of direction, or other vigorous movements are not expected during the experience. Please follow the rules described below and enjoy the experience safely.

Due to limited visibility, please remain aware of your surroundings and move carefully at all times.
Do not run, jump, turn suddenly, step backward, sit down, or lie down during the experience.
Other guests appear as avatars. Even if an avatar appears transparent, there is a real person at that location — please be careful not to collide with them.
If red or blue grid lines appear, there is a real wall or pillar nearby — do not approach.
Do not enter areas where the floor appears absent in VR, and do not jump over gaps or steps.
Do not push other guests or pull companions by the hand or body.
If you feel any physical discomfort, or if the image or equipment appears abnormal, remove the headset immediately and notify staff.
If you do not follow staff guidance or safety instructions, the experience may be paused or terminated. Staff may also touch guests or equipment when necessary for safety.
Please note that in the event of injury, accidents, or the loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the experience, the Company's liability is limited as set forth in these Terms of Service. In particular, the Company cannot be held responsible for injuries or accidents resulting from a guest's violation of the above precautions.

Usage Guidelines

Prohibited Items

The following items may not be brought into the experience area. Please use the locker in the standby room.

Bags or backpacks
Electronic devices such as smartwatches, mobile phones, pocket Wi-Fi, laptops, cameras, or camcorders (even when turned off, these cannot be brought in as they may interfere with the dedicated equipment)
Any other items that cannot be stored in a pocket

Tickets

Each ticket is valid for one person, one time only.
Cancellations, changes, or refunds are not available for personal reasons after purchase. Please note this before buying.
Tickets cannot be reissued for any reason, including loss, damage, or forgetting your ticket on the day.
Operations may be changed or suspended due to natural disasters or equipment malfunctions.
You may be asked to wait depending on crowd levels.
Tickets are invalid outside of the designated date and time.
Resale of tickets for commercial purposes, or listing on auction sites or social media, is strictly prohibited.
If fraudulent transfer or resale is detected, entry will be denied.
For age-restricted tickets, please present a valid government-issued ID at the reception desk. If age cannot be verified, the age-restricted ticket cannot be used.

Clothing, Footwear, and Hair

Please wear comfortable clothing and footwear for safety.
You may not participate if wearing:
- Sandals, mules, or shoes that expose the toes or heels
- Heels over 5 cm, or any footwear that could interfere with the experience
- Accessories, clothing, or items that could interfere with headset fitting, or that risk falling off or becoming entangled
- Any other items deemed to compromise safety during the experience
Hairstyles such as high ponytails or buns may prevent the headset from fitting. We recommend letting your hair down or tying it in a low position.
Glasses may be worn, but depending on frame shape or size, the headset may not fit correctly. Forcing the headset on may damage your glasses.
Contact lenses are recommended.
Progressive (multifocal) glasses or contact lenses may affect the quality of your view.
If your sleeves cover your hands, the experience may be affected. Please roll up long sleeves before participating.
Please remove earrings, piercings, and other accessories.

Handling of Equipment

VR equipment is shared with other guests — please handle it with care. If equipment is damaged due to intentional misuse or negligence, repair costs may be charged to the guest.

Handling of Personal Information

We manage customers' personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Facial photographs may be taken as part of the VR content experience.
In-VR photography may be enabled. In such cases, you may appear in photos taken by other guests.
Photos and videos taken by guests may be used for personal purposes only, within a scope that does not inconvenience other guests (please be mindful when posting to social media).
Staff may photograph or film facilities, VR content, and guests. Such materials may be used for media coverage, advertising, promotions, or merchandise.

Disclaimer

If a user suffers damages due to reasons attributable to the Company, the Company shall be liable for compensation, excluding special damages and lost profits.
Where such liability involves damage to a user's life or body, compensation by the Company shall be made within the scope of the Company's liability insurance coverage.
This disclaimer shall not apply in cases where the Company has acted with intent or gross negligence.

Privacy Policy

Fuji Television Network, Inc. (the "Company") establishes the following Privacy Policy (the "Policy") regarding the handling of users' personal information.

1. Definition of Personal Information

"Personal information" refers to "personal information" as defined under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information — information relating to a living individual that can identify a specific person through names, dates of birth, addresses, phone numbers, contact details, or other descriptions, as well as data relating to facial appearance, fingerprints, and voiceprints, and information that can identify a specific individual on its own, such as health insurance policy numbers (personal identification information).

2. Collection of Personal Information

When users register, we may ask for personal information such as name, date of birth, address, phone number, email address, credit card number, and driver's license number. We may also receive personal data, including transaction records and payment information, from our business partners (including information providers, advertisers, and advertising distributors; collectively "Partners").

3. Purposes of Collection and Use

We collect and use personal information for the following purposes:

To provide and operate the Company's services
To respond to inquiries from users (including identity verification)
To identify and deny access to users who violate the Terms of Service or attempt to use services for fraudulent or improper purposes
To allow users to view, change, or delete their registration information and view their usage history
For marketing purposes, including service announcements and notifications (including posting event photos on social media)
For purposes incidental to the above

4. Compliance with Laws and Guidelines

We comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, applicable guidelines in each field, and other related laws, and handle personal information in accordance with generally accepted fair practices.

5. Security Measures

We implement appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, destruction, loss, or damage of personal information. We establish clear internal rules on the handling of personal information and conduct training and supervision of employees.
